Bring the whole family - CATCH Nova Scotia Seafood Festival has something for all ages! Visitors to the Kid’s Cove will experience the daily life of Nova Scotia’s fishing industry thanks to Captain Catch and his experienced crew. Visitors will hear tales of high sea encounters with everything from fierce storms to pirates, sea monsters and more.
Greenhorns can test their hand at knot tying, learning sailor’s lingo and shipboard games with help from the old salts in the cove. In addition to learning about sailor’s skills, visitors will get to interact with the bounty from the sea with a live touch tank and family friendly recipes for great Nova Scotian seafood.
