The Nova Scotia Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture is set to host their Annual Oyster Shucking Challenge as part of the CATCH Seafood Festival. The competition will take place at the Cunard Centre (961 Marginal Rd, adjacent to Pier 21, Halifax, Nova Scotia) on Sunday June 20, 2010.
We are currently looking for experienced shuckers to participate in the challenge. This challenge is open to all experienced shuckers. Prizes will be awarded to the First, Second, and Third place winners. So, if you have oyster shucking skills, register to battle for the title of Catch Oyster Shucking Champion!
